I am a South Shore photographer with a deep love for the ocean that inspires a lot of my work. I am so grateful that my "office" in the summer allows me to watch the sunset from the beach five nights a week. When I'm not behind the lens you can find me in the Dunkin drive thru, working out or sitting outside with a cocktail.
My goal for my sessions is to capture what is naturally happening while stepping in and directing when needed. No matter what type of session it is, I want your photos to represent the real you, not some version that doesn't feel natural.

I'M Gillian
since age 9, I knew i wanted to be a photographer
I have loved photography for as long as I can remember. When I was 9, I brought my little point and shoot camera and my family's camcorder to my cousin's wedding and that is where my love began. I followed the photographer around and ever since then, I knew being a wedding photographer was a dream of mine. The day that dream came true and I had the opportunity to photograph my first wedding was genuinely one of the best days of my life.

My Why
Even 10 years into this, I always tell people being chosen as the one to capture the most important moments in someone's life is the greatest honor. It is a privilege I will never take for granted and I am genuinely so grateful to call this my job. I love seeing the joy on your family members faces when you say I do, hearing how you actually enjoyed taking your senior photos or watching your husband tear up as you walk down the aisle.
One of my very favorite parts of being a photographer is becoming genuine friends with my clients. We spend so much time chatting before your wedding and I am by your side almost all day long that I don't want it to end as soon as I send out your gallery!
My artistic side is greatly inspired by my family. I am currently using my grandmother's old film camera which has been so much fun to explore. I also have artistically talented family members on both sides of my family so when this became such a big passion of mine it just made sense.
